We ship all orders via insured USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number, within 48 hours of payment. Shipping charges reflect the actual cost of a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. Orders may be grouped together and if actual shipping charges are less than what you were charged for, those overages will be refunded upon shipment of your order.
If for any reason you need to return your order for a refund, please return the unopened items to us within SEVEN (7) days of order receipt. Sudsie Q Soaps does not cover the cost of return shipping. A refund of the item costs, less original shipping, will be made to you.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately. We ship all orders via insured USPS Priority Mail which includes a tracking number. Once confirmed that the order was lost, Sudsie Q Soaps will ship you a replacement order.
